If you want to make money blogging on the internet, you will need to realize that it is not as hard as most people think. Sure, it might take a bit of time to master, but that is with everything in life. The good thing is that it only takes most people days or weeks to start seeing immediate results through writing a blog, or twenty blogs if you want even more cash.

There are many, many people who make money blogging. They don't just make a little, there are bunches who tend to make enough to stay at home all day and work for themselves. While not everybody will become insanely rich while writing their blogs, you can very easily and quickly work your way up to a nice paycheck every week in no time at all. To do this, you will need a quick rundown of what to expect and the basics that will help you far into the future.

Here are some of the more critical ones....

First, you will need to know the best place to set up your blog if you really want to make money blogging. The best place that I have found for a multitude of reasons has been WordPress. They have everything on their websites, which makes it very easy for even the newest of newcomers to set up multiple blogs in minutes. You can make your blog look exactly like you want with minimal work. Not only that, but there is also something that will help you out even more.

The thing that helps you make money blogging with WordPress is the fact that they are loved by the search engines. This means that WordPress blog tend to pull up very high in the search results of Google and Yahoo when people search for your keywords/subject. You see, search engines will be a big part of your audience. A large percentage of people who find your blog will be from the search engines. You will want to pick a couple of main keyword for your niche, such as "fantasy football insider", and make sure it is prominent in your blogs title and the text in the main part of your blog.

Last but not least, you will need to promote products as an affiliate to make money blogging. To make money blogging on the web, there is not better way to do it than selling other people's products. Sure, you can set up Google Adsense ads (I am sure you have seen them everywhere), but that is something that you should leave for when you have mastered the industry. Promoting and advertising products on your blogs as an affiliate is easily the best way to make good cash. You can incorporate the products into your blogs where you see fit and you can also put some links on the sides of your blogs. You will also want to make sure the products you pick are something that the reader will want to try. If you need a huge list of the thousands of affiliate products out there to promote and make money blogging, just go to ClickBank or CJ.com.

These are the vital basics when you want to make money blogging on the internet, so you can have a strong foundation with which to build upon.

How many health benefits can a small fruit provide? Well, in the case of the tomato, numerous health benefits can be attributed to this particular fruit. Tomatoes are loaded with countless health properties that aid in reducing and preventing some of the most life threatening diseases.

First of all, tomatoes contain four major carutenoids: alpha carotene, beta carotene, lutein, and lycopene. All of these carutenoids have individual health benefits and they offer great health advantages when they all work together. The red pigment contained in the tomatoes is Lycopene. Lycopene is one of the strongest antioxidants and it is very beneficial when it comes down to neutralizing free radicals which damage the cells in the body. Lycopene is also very beneficial when it comes down to heart health, prostate health and pancreatic health. A study has shown that men, who consumed ten tomatoes per week, reduced their chances of developing prostate cancer by an overwhelming forty-five percent. Other studies indicated that people who consumed more than seven servings of raw tomatoes lowered their risk of developing stomach, rectal or colon cancers by sixty percent.

The prevention of lung cancer is yet another health benefit of consuming tomatoes. Recent studies show that tomatoes contain two important compounds, coumaric acid and chlorogenic acid. These two compounds block some of the carcinogens that are found in tobacco. When these carcinogens are blocked, our bodies are protected from second hand smoke and we are less likely to develop lung cancer. And last but certainly not least, tomatoes are extremely rich in potassium, something that many of us lack in our daily diets. For instance, a single cup of tomato juice contains 534 milligrams of potassium. Clearly, with all of these health benefits, many of us should incorporate more tomatoes into our diets.

Blogging can be fun and rewarding. But let's face it. Most of the people who set up a blog site don't even make it past the one month mark. What happens to their blog? Nothing. It becomes another statistics among the long list of forgotten blog sites. The two main reasons: lack of time and lost of interest. There are two reasons why people set up a blog: to share their knowledge and to earn money - the latter being the most popular reason and that's what these tips are focused on. If you are a newbie and is thinking of setting up your own blog to monetize later, the following tips may help you save a lot of frustrations.

  • Know your topic. If you're a beginner, make sure you already know what to write for before you even attempt set up your own blog. A lot of newbies will set up a blog, write different topics that come to mind, and then abandon their site after a week or a month because they lost interest in their topic. Write what you like. Write what you know. If want to create a blog for a particular subject that you are not familiar with, do a thorough research first. Document all the things you did while learning the subject then post those as your initial blog articles.

  • Content is important. Make sure you have a fresh supply of interesting and readable content to create a readership and not just some trashy article. When you start a blog, make it a point to write an article or two everyday. Don't copy and paste from other sources as you may infringe someone else's copyrights. If you can't write that many article, at least write four new articles every two or three days or let someone else write it for you like hiring a freelance copywriter. This will be for traffic building. After a month or two, you could reduce the quantity to about 1-3 articles per week. That is, if you are blogging for a profit. Although there are tools out there that can generate content for your website automatically (and mind you, they're not free), I still suggest writing your own articles. If you are writing for a hobby, then I think this tip is an exception, although it is a good practice.

  • Design is important. Although from a personal point of view, content is more important, a good design adds visual authority to your content. That is, if you want to get people to be interested in your blog, you must deliver a lasting first impression. Humans are visual creatures. If the website design is bad, people will just hit the Back button almost immediately. Humans also have a very short attention span especially online so make sure your website design (or blog theme as we call it) is simple yet attractive.

  • Learn basic HTML. Yes, HTML or HyperText Markup Language. Whether you like it or not, somewhere at some point you would need at least a basic knowledge of HTML, particularly if you are going to setup a hosted blog. If you're like other people who think HTML is difficult, don't worry - it's not. If you don't have time to study, then find some time to do so. Blogging is a lot easier if you know HTML. Trust me. I highly recommend this, although it's not necessary when you start up a blog.

  • Devote some time. If you are planning to make money from your blog, I suggest you start planning on how much time you are going to devote to maintaining your website. Otherwise, you will just be wasting precious time (not to mention money) on an endeavor that you will not be reaping any benefit afterwards. If you are going to do blogging on a part-time basis (yes, blogging is a full-time job for many), one to three hours of your daily life committed to maintaining and promoting your blog will be enough.

  • Prepare to spend some money. Even though I am an advocate of free information, chances are, you will find your way at some point where you need to buy something (like a software) that will help boost your website traffic. That's a fact.
